I make small batch, bean to bar chocolate, here in my kitchen, on the edge of the Forest in Sussex.

Each batch takes about 3-4 days. From conching & refining the best, Organic cacao beans I can source, in a small stone grinder, to pouring into beautiful moulds. Then packaging it. All by hand.

Whenever I make a new batch, I do a post on Instagram. There will be a link to this online shop where you can buy the bars and I'll post them out to you. I wish there was a way I could get postage costs down, but I can't. It makes sense to buy a couple, if you know you like it :)

A warming drinking chocolate made with a medicinal blend of the following:

Organic unroasted cacao liquor (Peru), organic unroasted cacao butter, organic coconut sugar, organic ground ginger, organic cinnamon, organic horseradish powder, cordyceps powder (10:1 extract), organic oils of schizandra berry, sea buckthorn berry, ginger, clove, turmeric, grapefruit.

The pouch contains 150g, around 7-8 servings

Simply place approx 20g of the mix into a saucepan of milk (i love oat).

Gently heat till the chocolate is melted. Use a hand frother or whisk to make a frothy cacao elixir. Serve in a beautiful cup.
