Pollen duo photos

I was thrilled to receive an email late last year from filmmaker/photographer duo, Pollen Docs. Building a portfolio together working with chefs and artists, they found me through Instagram and liked what I was doing. I was instantly attracted to their style, having worked with plant based chefs already, capturing them in a playful, exciting way. They asked me if I would be interested in working on a super short doc (coming soon) and some photos, which were taken by Carolina, the woman responsible for the beautiful photos shared here.

Carolina LLamusi- Silbermann and Nick Lau are a pleasure to work with. They both bring their unique skills to the table. CaroLina has a passion for healthy, vibrant food and her eye is drawn to the colourful things in life. Nick is super professional with an eye for detail both technically and creatively. Not to mention the fact that we had such a fun day- I was instantly at ease and felt like I was working with old friends. They are just so passionate and interested. It really makes a difference to collaborate with people that not only have skills to make their vision come to life, but also genuinely want to learn more about their subject matter and immerse themselves in it.

I look forward to doing another shoot with Carolina before summer is over to capture the magic light in the forest at its greenest and most abundant.

The bazaar

London friends,

I'll be selling some special yin yang chocolates at this event on Saturday 30th June. It's at Paper Mill studios, N1. 10.30-5.

Inspired by the abundance of beautiful fragrant roses and the ever abundant patches of mineral- rich nettles (which grow in very clean, biodynamic land where I live) I am currently creating some stone ground chocolates, infused with hand picked, hand dried botanicals. I will be sharing a stall with Milena Silvano who has created yin yang sheepskin clutches as well as plant- dyed OM t-shirts and silks. We will be surrounded by incredible female craftswomen selling treasures and there will be refreshments courtesy of Violet cakes.

I hope to see you there. x

Workshop at A.S Apothecary.

Im delighted to announce that I will be teaching an 'introduction to raw chocolate' workshop at this beautiful space in lewes on May 10th, 7-9pm.

Amanada and I share similar passion for all things natural, plant based and beautiful. She certainly has created a wonderful place to immerse your senses in the magic of plants, where you can both purchase her incredibly pure skin products as well as have treatments in the tranquil therapy rooms.

As soon as I walked into the apothecary, I knew it would be the perfect place to share some Cacao goodness with an intimate group of people.

We will discuss the benefits of all the various ingredients and I will talk you through the processes involved in making un roasted chocolate. I will share with you simple ways to make chocolate at home straight away- you'll also create your own box of stunning, bespoke confection to share with loved ones.

Lewes is a short train journey from London and I highly recommend a day out in this historic town. It boasts amazing antiques shops, boutiques, cafes and views of the Sussex downs.

I look forward to meeting you.

Thank you for your support!

Here it is, my first blog post on the the new site. It was a busy festive season and I would now like to thank you all for supporting me. Purchasing chocolate, taking time out to look at the website and giving me feedback.

It has taken me till March to start this page, now Im here, I really am excited to share things with you regularly. As regularly as I can whilst being a mum to two VERY busy little boys!

Im thrilled to announce that I will be collaborating with the radiant Yogi Claire Missingham in the first event of the year, on March 17th. It’s to take place at a really beautiful new space in East London called Benk and Bo.

Details are on the website  and tickets are available now.

An opportunity to gather and celebrate the spring equinox. You'll experience asana, meditation and a traditional pushpam (flower giving puja) before enjoying a array of stoneground chocolates infused with spring herbs and flowers, made by yours truly.

I really hope you can make it to one of the events we have coming up.

For now, Im sending you all rays of warm spring sunshine on this beautiful full moon in Virgo (my sign). As I write, the snow is falling here in the forest and it is so, so beautiful. Im very much looking forward to seeing all the flowers again which have been covered in a blanket of white. Aren’t we lucky to see such powerful and magical seasons unfold before our eyes?

 Love Launette x
