Im delighted to announce that I will be teaching an 'introduction to raw chocolate' workshop at this beautiful space in lewes on May 10th, 7-9pm.

Amanada and I share similar passion for all things natural, plant based and beautiful. She certainly has created a wonderful place to immerse your senses in the magic of plants, where you can both purchase her incredibly pure skin products as well as have treatments in the tranquil therapy rooms.

As soon as I walked into the apothecary, I knew it would be the perfect place to share some Cacao goodness with an intimate group of people.

We will discuss the benefits of all the various ingredients and I will talk you through the processes involved in making un roasted chocolate. I will share with you simple ways to make chocolate at home straight away- you'll also create your own box of stunning, bespoke confection to share with loved ones.

Lewes is a short train journey from London and I highly recommend a day out in this historic town. It boasts amazing antiques shops, boutiques, cafes and views of the Sussex downs.
